Flingy is a free casual game available on the web, as a browser extension, and on other platforms as released. No account is required and no payment is needed to access any gameplay.
Please don't attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or misuse the game or website; don't use them for anything unlawful. That's the whole list — otherwise, just have fun.
Flingy — the character, name, artwork, world of Cloudhaven, and game code — is the intellectual property of Madhur Sabherwal. You may share screenshots, videos, and gameplay content freely (streaming and content creation are welcomed and encouraged!). You may not sell merchandise featuring Flingy or republish the game as your own.
Optional support happens through third parties: Buy Me a Coffee (tips) and our print-on-demand merchandise store. Those transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms and handled entirely by them — Flingy never sees your payment details. Merchandise orders, shipping, and refunds are managed by the store platform and its fulfilment partner.
Flingy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for a delightful, bug-free sky, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that your high scores will survive browser data clearing (they're stored locally on your device).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Flingy is family-friendly and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. See the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated as Flingy grows (new platforms, features). The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
